George Weah's cousin, Ali Dia.

Souness claims he knew who was hopeless, which makes it worse tbh.

But Kachunga played 117 league games at Huddersfield at Championship and Premiership. 27 with a strugling Shew Wed. However low his confidence or fitness, he IS a footballer with a decent pedigree. Certainly capable of playing for us

One thing that his time in England tells us is he's not a goalscorer so not sure if scoring one will make him come good

If it restores some confidence it may do.

Michael Owen reckoned that he didn't dwell on fluffed chances and just got on with it, but most strikers thrive on confidence.

Just having a think about Dapo’s value.

I bet if you asked 100 people they’d all have different answers.

Realistically I think he could be worth 2-5 million. Seeing as he’s young, on a 3 year contract and has shown plenty of ability and talent.

But I bet some people wouldn’t be happy to see him go for less than 7-10 million. Or maybe even more.

Im sure everyone would rather keep him but depends on what sort of model we’re trying to do. Is it buy low and sell high, then re-invest? Or are we just slowly building without having to sell too many players?

January is going to be interesting for sure.

If we keep him till the end of the season then his value might go even higher but equally he could get injured or drop off in form.

He could comfortably play in the championship now. Should be top priority for a new contract.
The fact we got 6 mill for Madine and 3 mill for clough. This lad shouldn’t be going for less than them.

Could probably get around that figure if we sold him in summer or next January. But hope we tie him down for 4 years and sell him when he’s getting a bit older.

Its been suggested in the past we are going to follow the moneyball Brentford method.

If that's the case Dapo is exaclty the type of player that will leave and fans need to get used to losing players pretty quickly and trust those in charge to replace him with a better option.

No one really knows the market come summer. How many championship sides are dropping millions on a league one player?

The safe money would be new contract when it’s up for discussion.

Consistency is the key for Dapo and a big move won’t be until he is absolutely tearing up the league. He could be an Eidur or he could go on and be a Zach Clough.
