If he's slowing down, then allow him to do just that, and play pacey blokes who can go beyond. Sort of did that today, bit again, we saw Gordon have 2 or 3 good chances, and not look confident with any of them. The one in the second half he just didn't take the last man on. Just thinking with the players we have and the potential to play some really good football with some really good players I don't see him fitting in with it.
