Aye the wind at that speed will cause a massive safety concern. The way in to Fleetwood is a total ball ache at the minute while they build the new bypass. From the motorway to amounderness way is absolute bedlam at tea time. The M55 isnt great either, illuminations are still on and theres road works all the way down. Allow plenty of time folks.
