Depends on the damage to the muscle, ligaments , tendons cartilage No surgery is a good sign though. You have to look at the scans, assess it and always get a second opinion Dislocations are complex, imagine your ligaments and tendons are an elastic band, if you pull it out and stretch it it will provide slack which you don’t want, you want strength, so if it’s slackened whatever it is attached to Won’t operate as well which usually means surgery. But they always need a second opinion from a specialist. That’s why it’s never just oh it’s dislocated , 12 weeks out.

It will mask any microscopic tears and feel like it’s 100% when it’s not and you can cause more damage. For muscle strains and recovery of pills yeah they work. The list was so long at one point that I’ve forgotten who they all were but with Baka, MJ, Lee, Amaechi and now nearly Jones back, I can’t think of anyone other than Sheehan, who’s out for the season, that’s left to come back? Not a bad place to be in with new recruits also coming in. It might take a few more weeks but I’m confident that the second half of the season will be much better than the first and should at least give us the momentum to go into next season ready to challenge from the off.
