Even though the chairman confirmed it yesterday?

Yes, she obviously cannot confirm how our budget compares to other clubs because their accounts haven't yet been published

At best, it's a guesstimate, although I suspect she might've actually meant the season before last

I'm sure its always been a Thursday for decades, not sure I like that change to tradition!  Seems a bit later than normal - fixtures needed before I can commit to September hols.

it has always been a thursday so I'm not sure why they have changed it to Wednesday this time. Think last year it was thursday 22nd June if I remember right

Wonder what’s happened there…..big Neil pricing them out? Or she couldn’t run it at a profit due to increased food costs

Her statement isn't clear cut.

"Is this the end of an era?"

Is different from

"This is the end of an era".

Spill the beans, and give us the full story please.

This. She'll reopen to a fuss & fanfare.

I've never been, so doesn't matter to me, but for anyone who gives a toss it may be quite important.

If she's been priced out, then fans could lodge their dissatisfaction with the club.

Not that most would; a lot of moans but no action.

She was in situ since the Fanzone opened and I think she expected to be invited to keep her pitch. Instead of just being given another season, she now has to apply for the pitch and the club have pulled her shed down.

Did they rob it first?

Sincey likes this.

Big smile, new teeth and some direct quotes.

Doubtful it'll be enough to placate the masses on the BN comments section however.

Joint assistant manager sounds unusual

Good to see we’re adding more depth to the management team and the first team squad, looks like the budget is going to be larger than previous years, unless we get one big transfer out from the first team squad, think that’s the most likely eventuality.
