Aye my old man had similar issues. Hence he uses the terminal now. Which one is never working so he has to use the one in middle of all the away fans where the queue is massive.

Maybe they were asking for help and asking if others had had similar experiences, as the company take a while to reply.

Complaining on social media can often be a good way of getting a quicker response from a company. Social media accounts will be managed and companies don't want the negative comments.

The car park has been easy in my experience too, but that doesn't mean it's everyone's experience as stated by Ani. Try to remember your experience of something isn't gospel.

The membership scheme really is a big bear of mine. Why possibly put any barrier in the way of buying a ticket? It's not like there's some kind of loyalty scheme that we use that membership info for
