Can't defend Dixon there it's not as if he's been tackled or even a long pass attempt. However he's not the only problem by a long way. The utter waste of dead ball situations is completely undermining Evatt now. it's a joke and it's been pathetic ever since he took over.

I just want not to be embarrassed.  is that too much to ask? I don't care we are out of the pizza cup but let's face it we are a joke at moment.

I hate losing games - any games. Our players should show that they feel the same.

Why? It's a romantic notion that players are invested in anything other than their own career

What a load of bollox-  good teams in any division hate losing.

It was a weird formation and tactics in the second half no one was in the hole, Doyle was coming deep but Baka was inbetween sort of no man’s land

Their RB had Dapo well scouted, so change it up, move him central, swap wings, put him in a false 9, pull their RB wide, no tactics changed at all it’s really really poor.

Look I’m a fan of Santos but for me the way we play I don’t think a CB is the right captain, its screaming out for a man in the middle of the park changing things up.

IE surely must have seen it wasn’t working tonight but just because subs come on doesn’t mean tactics changed.

These are the kind of games you can make tactical changes to try and pull something off

Poor flat uninspiring performance from almost everyone including IE

Dixon hasn’t been good enough all season. His presence in the box and in the air is poor and he’s been gifting goals lately. We saw what a new goalkeeper can do last season.

I still fully back Evatt but our set pieces have to be addressed. How a professional football side can be as bad as set pieces as we are is ridiculous considering how many we actually get. Seems we can’t make our mind up on who takes them either.

Stuff like that will have a knock on effect to Santos, Johnston, Aimson etc. who won’t trust him one bit. Plus Dixon won’t have confidence in himself.

Not the first time we’ve mentioned our keepers on here this season. Only so many times we can say say “yes, but that’s the least of our worries”*.

*acknowledging that we did not score, again. Against a second string league 2 side…

It should be irrelevant (though other events today show how much it isnt) but things are starting to turn on social media it seems.

I'm seeing people say they haven't seen us as boring as a team or the players as weak as this, ever. There's some very, very short memories out there.

Tough second half to watch that. Our strongest against their ressies - if you were a neutral I’m not sure you’d be confident guessing which was which

As for the goal, mistakes like that will always happen in the system that we’re encouraged to play. Not saying it SHOULD happen, but it WILL happen.

IE now under some pressure?

But they are right. Season turned after the Plymouth game. Dixon never good enough and we are now dog shit and will be very lucky to stay up. Going in the wrong direction again and changes at the top are needed.

Not for the first time either, a reluctance to move players around tactically has been a theme all season ,Evatt is a ‘like for like’ substitute merchant reminiscent of  dare I say Parky.

Changes at the top? Are you suggesting sacking Evatt?

They're not right about us being the most boring or weak Wanderers team in history, not even recent history!

I do agree season turned at the time of the Plymouth game, something has gone on and it has had a bigger effect than the club or Evatt will ever let on. But I don't agree there should be changes at the top, and I don't think there will be.

Something doesn't seem right, for such a dramatic drop in form.

I've said it jokingly before, but since Mr Hart arrived, things have started going to rat shit on and off the pitch.

Ultimately, someone higher up ends up being responsible, rightly or not.

Something clearly isn’t right at the club, years and years of a losing mentality and the question has to be asked has the manager lost the dressing room? I’m thinking we need a root & branch review, for a start give Evatt a target to achieve this season, top 8, secondly get a phycologist  Into the club, if Evatt doesn’t get near his target his position should be seriously under review. I’ve backed him to the hilt but enough is enough.

Don’t be silly casino said the dressing room is fine he also said Doyle played his last game against Rotherham
