What a fantastic day. Brew Dog on the Cowley Road was good. Performance was brilliant against a pretty good team. Fans were awesome. Took the brother in law, not a Bolton fan, and he loved it. I think I heard even him singing Bolton are massive.

Was Trafford at fault for their first?

It was a freak goal imo, he meant to cross it into the mixer the wind caught it and it curled into the top corner, Traf had no chance.

What bugged me though, it shouldn’t have even been a free kick in the first place, Johnson clearly won the ball.

Ref was an utter cunt, he must have been gutted that we nicked it.

No.

It looked like it was going wide, and then the wind got hold of it.

I thought he’d messed up on his positioning at first but yes it curls last minute

Just take a look at the Oxford highlights at 23 secs. It looks like some invisible fucker got a glancing header on it.

Weird that- it seems to accelerate or just get an additional "push".

Maybe the ghost of a late Oxford striker.

No greater noise than when the roar goes up for a goal.

No better sight than watching their centre back picking the ball out of the net and smashing it back to the centre spot
