kent_white
Lucky to have them both......!
Eddie
I’ve said it before but as long as we have them both then the general trajectory of the club will be up - we will have poor spells and challenges along the way, but if we keep them both then we are only going one way in the medium term. Full trust in both owners and manager - it’s a nice place to be after 10-15 years!
Mantra
I hope they're both here for a long, long time.

Members Rudy
Went from not enjoying my team, to not being able to sleep thinking we were going out of business to being absolutely elated On a cold Tuesday night against Cambridge. Unreal turnaround

DazBob
Thank goodness FV aren't as knee-jerk as a lot of owners (and a lot of our fans), otherwise IE would've been potted halfway through last season and halfway through this one.
tomski
Think it’s a little early to self applaud those that had complete faith (not many I suspect) The lows were low in the last 2 seasons and even rational people were right to call out certain decisions made in both periods. That said it’s an exciting curve we appear to be about to embark on again. Onwards and upwards.

No issue with fans voicing concerns, I did the same, however calling for the managers head every time we hit a low spot for 5 minutes needs calling out for the numptiness it so often is. Moderators Horwich Posted February 2 Moderators Share Posted February 2 If people on this forum know the squad needs to be improved, then I am sure IE knows aswell. He is still an inexperienced manager who needs time. He also needs the support from the owners and fans.

London Wanderer
Just glad to have owners who recognise that managers need time to adjust and learn from mistakes. Seems to be basic common sense that the higher leagues have forgotten. That was outstanding work in the transfer window, fair play to them.
