gonzo
The owners have been utterly brilliant since they took over. Neil Hart is out of touch and picking the wrong fight. Probably on behalf of GMP. But its his initiatives that have caused the grief. Hes been quoted as calling our younger fans feral youth and is quite clearly targeting IL2 at the same time as letting 5k away fans do what they want. I love Sharon Brittan. Neil Hart can get fucked. Site Supporter MickyD Posted April 16, 2022 Site Supporter Share Posted April 16, 2022 15 year old son of a mate of mine got a written warning from the club following his “encroachment onto the playing surface” following our last few minutes winner at Crewe. Apparently he has been picked up on facial recognition software by GMP. Now I know he’s never been in trouble so other than him being quizzed many times by British Transport Police whilst wearing body-cams. He looks a bit older than his 15 years. Anyone else get one? Surely a job for a solicitor. Should they be allowed to contact minors? Or use FR on them in the first place? Totally OTT. Players were fine celebrating with them, the club were fine retweeting and sticking the footage on YouTube but 15 year olds are getting warnings? Fuck right off. Moderators Carlos Posted April 16, 2022 Moderators Share Posted April 16, 2022 Fire in a GDPR request, they will tell you everything they have. I’m not at all sure that it is legal for GMP to share information with a football club.

Moderators Carlos Posted May 23, 2022 Moderators Share Posted May 23, 2022 The idea of John McGinlay being brought in to calm people down, infamous for twatting David Kelly and being out on the piss, fuck off Neil. I knew the recent spate of pitch invasions would have him wringing his hands.

I see this as an olive branch from Hart to try and engage with fans, has to be worth a go.
Dr. Feelgood
Yet again, people have deified Sharon, yet attack Neil Hart for breathing. HE IS DOING WHAT SHE WANTS HIM TO DO. Get that in your brains & decide if you agree with THEIR actions. She is utterly adamant that she wants this to be a 'family club' and fan behaviour is a crucial part of that. They seem to be ahead of the bow-wave of the current rise of poor behaviour. Frankly, good for them.

Site Supporter barryk32 Posted May 23, 2022 Author Site Supporter Share Posted May 23, 2022 Evatts been sent off for losing his rag more than any manager I know. And fair fucks to him, I love to see it. However, you cant brush that under the carpet and give him your backing whilst giving a banning order to a bloke whos lost his rag on the other side of the pitch. Its heavy handed and policed by people who dont understand football

Or you could say its all just a bullshit PR exercise and massive over reaction to relativity small amount of issues. No mention of the no new applicants in Il2 either. Site Supporter MickyD Posted May 23, 2022 Site Supporter Share Posted May 23, 2022 I reckon there’ll be another half-dozen CCTV cameras trained on those two blocks. barrycowdrill
Let’s put all that in to a bit of perspective shall we? 30 banning orders including drug and pyro use. It’s part of the modern game. We haven’t got a mob of ‘feral’ yoof twatting anything and anyone that moves. majority of those issues are / will be inside the ground. Issuing banning orders for pyros is utterly ridiculous in my opinion. They’re part of football up and down the country these days like them or not. Liverpools end at Wembley last week was alight everywhere. Club have clearly decided not in our ground though.. regards to IL1 being closed.. tbf it wasn’t actually the club intending to do that it was GMP and the council. The club pushed back. Rejecting new applications in that area is clearly a middle ground agreement to keep it open
