The 3rd Division should have its results reaad out before the 2nd Division next season ... so many MASSIVE clubs will be there.

Hey, maybe even get more publicity than the Wimminz 'Premiership'.

I note the BBC now list prem results, championship results then bloody womens scores before L1 and L2.

Are we due a sacrificial sacking of a manager any time soon? I think that’s about par for the course, isn’t it?

They’ve had Bowyer for quite a while now without going anywhere really which ties in with what Cas was saying further up about them revising their ambitions

Yep, failure to make the play-offs will cost Bowyer his job.

Bowyer should be kept on, but that's not the Gary Neville way despite him pontificating loud & long about ethics in football. Long may his hypocrisy continue.

He'll join Mowbray at Blackburn, Hodgson at Watford, Warburton at QPR who are all not having contracts renewed. Michael Appleton has just been sacked at Lincoln, a year after having them at Wembley in the play off final.

I doubt Sean Dyche will be unemployed for long, though Mike Jackson is making his apparently inexplicable sacking seem less questionable.

The bbc (and sky etc) should show they are serious by letting the women commentate on the big games like fa cup, big pl ties, champs league, world cup etc

But they don't

Which I find odd

Hmm he does still come across like he's got double standards to me. I agree with a lot of what he says when he starts going into one about the state of the game, yet on the other hand he's part responsible for ripping apart the (albeit meagre) history Salford City had up to the point he arrived, and destroying the integrity of the National League on the whim of just having a football club to play with.

I'm intrigued by ffp etc. Or does it not apply in the bottom tier?

Can't keep making such losses, whether it's allowed or not. When the plug is pulled what happens...

I think his stock is high enough that he’s probably got himself on the Championship merry go round to be honest

Agree he’s definitely a good enough operator just wonder if he will want to get himself a more longer term project and can’t see where he will get that in the championship currently.

My other shout for hibs job would be Kevin Thompson with Scott brown coming in as his assistant.

I thought Appleton had gone out of choice- must have mis-heard the radio.

The quotes all suggested it was mutual, Appleton had cancer at the start of the season, which may or may not be a factor.  He's from the North West so wouldn't be surprised if he gets a job nearer home (Salford obviously).  Plays proper football, a good manager for Lincoln and Oxford amongst others.

Forest look good but has missing 2nd knocked them

Going for Sheffield to get promoted

That would make for an exceptionally dull PL. Fulham, Sheff Utd and Bournemouth back up having just been relegated? Yawn

Bristol Rovers winning 7-0 and they'll go up automatically if things don't change

Would be a feel-good story if that humongous cunt Barton wasn't in charge

Unbelievable Jeff

still 5 mins left. If they concede or Northampton score then they drop back into the playoffs
