That time of year

25 home

18 away

Circumstances dictate that it is probably my highest ever away total

Thanks to all of this parish who have shared in it. Without wanting to veer too far in to the mental health thread, this first post-lockdown season has been a literal life saver for so many people.

Great point.

I wonder if the away numbers will be as high next season.

I managed 19 away in the league, which is a new record for me too.

But I’m ready for the little break.

If we have a good start, hopefully numbers will hold up, or even improve.

Can’t beat a good away day, appreciated even more as you become an old git.

9 home - lowest for me since 90s, lost a few through postponements, and shafted by a lot of Tuesday homes.

13 away, 1 abroad. Most since 16/17

Felt like a lot more than that, certainly in terms of spending. Been a blast, the aways especially. It feels like we've got the numbers, the atmosphere and the characters in a great place right now and hope it continues.

I love this part of the year, absolutely no withdrawal symptoms or anything the break is welcome, but fixture release day sets it up again and will be absolutely jumping for it by July.

Some whopping totals chaps, fair play.

Ive missed loads at home, specifically night matches as they are just a total nightmare to get to.

Working most Saturdays its just one big juggling act all season but with my lad being so obsessed at the minute its made it all worth while.

A paltry 6 aways for me but fuck me there have been some crackers in there. Last minute goals and pitch invasions all over the gaff.

Love it.

Some great numbers above.

All homes and my worst away total since errrrr the year before at 3. Wimbledon/Gillingham/Cheltenham.

Other stuff on at weekends but I do miss it big time and will be back. The stick has made a big change to my prostrations of must do aways.

Future looks bright and hopefully these chaps and keep the numbers up and introduce more on to the aways as watching Bolton is class.

Before @MickyD asks I don’t want to take my 2 year old to aways yet as I think it would be a close call to who thinks it’s worse me or her! Ha
