It legally has to be an option for booze and gambling firms but I’m not sure you can object to car maintenance on religious grounds.

Also, I don’t want to make any assumptions about the founders etc but it could prove to be a way for us to improve the club’s presence in the Asian community?

Last time a saw a group of young Asian lads at the match sat behind us, about 7 or 8 lads, had a good chat with them and were telling us it's the first time they'd been to a match. Fair play to them, were trying to get involved and make a bit of noise, one of them gets an air horn out, let's a few blasts out. Slightly annoying right behind us but go on lads, get involved. Steward comes running over threatening to throw him out and can hear voices around showing displeasure at their presence. 🙄 Great way to welcome anyone is that, nevermind less represented cultures.

This was bloody years ago mind.

FFS, we now have a Fylde representative for the British Pork Marketing Board.

Good lads (apart from Hart of course) if they are pumping money into BWFC,

Bolton based too...

Makes you think why Warburtons or one of the other big local companies can’t be arsed putting two bob together to help the local team outcast cost to much to sponsor the town team

Fair play to these lads coming forward no idea how much they have paid  yet they would of been the highest bidder apart from gambling companies.
but let’s say if we’re not talking a lot of money for league 1 would not having a shirt sponsor off set selling more shirts for just having a pure bwfc shirt for sale ? Just put it out there personally I would be more inclined to buy a shirt with just bwfc 🤷‍♂️

Think Warbies have put their fair share in over the years mate. Well Bret has anyway.

Yes I know he as so fair play to the guy and I know they helped out in the 80s . but if looking from a pure marketing point of view any sponsorship they do get something back on through exposure so it’s not charity or money down the drain . plus how many times do Warburtons mention the town in there advertising campaigns  might as well link to the club . Just a thought

Brett aside (who isn't main Warburton anyway) Warburton's have given far more money to the Conservative Party than BWFC. Not interested in us.

Out of interest are you just making that up after a quick google said they gave £25k to the conservative party 12 years ago?

Sure Brett gave far more than that to the club when he was on our board.

Bretts was the second highest sercured creditor before we went under to the tune of £3m+

Doenst count though as hes not the main one apparently :)....despite him being the CEO

Love the way folk like to spend other folks money.

Warbies have a box next to jules darbys btw.
