Sheffield United last game before the play offs?

Couldn’t even think if it was the same reason tbh. Notable for Nicky Hunt’s debut and SJM’s testimonial the following night?

Scored a last minute equaliser too IIRC.

Did he play another game after that? And how good was he?
Was only 11 or so at the time, and I’m convinced he was absolutely mint before the leg break.

He was very promising, was gutted when he got injured

I’d go with that. Obviously we went from championship to prem in that space of time so could of been a step up

He was captain of Salford boys when I got down to final trial. He was very promising and a top bloke. Highly regarded as a manager by those who’ve played under him.

That break echoed around the ground like nothing before.

He was on Talksport 2 the other day and sounded a top guy to work for, not unlike how the Forest manager came across yesterday. Didn’t know who he was at first but the accent was bugging me, until few snippets gave it away.

I hadn’t realised he was at Stoke as assistant manager but said he had never met Michael O’Neill before and how unusual it is in football to be given a job under those circumstances; into someone’s inner circle who who didn’t know in some capacity previously.

But hearing him talk you could tell why people would want to employ him, absolutely sound.

Loved our all white kit 😍

Didnt Allardyce change it to all white as it had a positive thoughts thing and connecting it to real Madrid.     Am sure I remember something like that.

I know their a revenue for the club

But the shirts look so much better without a sponsor on

Was it West Ham that did it this season? Looked great

Bookie sponsors are banned in some places so they went sponsorless for those matches.
