So we niw have the third ethics/corruption type to go under Johnson

All soppy lefties, obvs, but hear me out

Penrose, Mr Dido Harding no less, who was anti corruption boss, Allan, independent ethics advisor who they finally managed to replace with Geidt, who said when appointed, and forgive me paraphrasing

'If i ever resign, itll be because the system is fucked'

Excellent work by johnsons sycophants to chuck in partygate, buy your house with benefits gate, tea sock gate, dorries gate and rwandagate to try and take our eyes off this stuff

Aye . Kier is so boring no one would even send him a letter and imagine the letter he would have sent if Corbyn was the prime minister.
At least it’s not as bad as that so let’s just move on and get another ethics advisor

He'll struggle to get one.

As for Kier- he is dull. Very.

He was n't

He did n't

At least Boris is not boring.

Why have an ethics adviser at all ? Save on all these pesky resignations. In fact fuck it let's remove morals and ethics from our expectations.

"This week however, I was tasked to offer a view about the Government's intention to consider measures which risk a deliberate and purposeful breach of the Ministerial Code. This request has placed me in an impossible and odious position."

The Tory party has to revisit no confidence vote or force him out.

You would think so, but they should/could have forced him about before now, and they just don't seem to be overly interested in doing it

That reminds me of the US election in 2019 when a member of the public was asked why he'd voted for Biden and he said it was so he didn't have to keep watching the news to update himself on the latest presidential shennanigans.

I am struggling to understand why this is a negative quality in a prime minister, it has always been the case. Serious individuals making difficult decisions being extremely dull would be a very positive move in my opinion.
