They are joined by West Ham, Bristol City, QPR, Doncaster, Blackpool, Lincoln, Fulham, Portsmouth , Millwall, Norwich, Ipswich , Hull, Southampton, Fleetwood, Scunthorpe, Morecambe and Grimsby.
