MancWanderer
Christ. I’d missed a few seasons due to being away at uni, come back home, got a job, lived a miserable life in a bedsit in Warrington, and had finally bought a house there but was on my arse, on my own, and only made a few games at the back end of the season. Went to that game on my own hoping my life was back on track only to see that That made Wrexham a year later all the sweeter Just shows how the absolute lows make the highs even better

We'd had a superb turn out at Coventry for the FA Cup tie a few months earlier and ok it was a night game 200 miles from home but it was the realisation that night that most fans had given up on us. Could not have been more than 300-400 there No idea why I didn't go to that one (did former loanee Mike Ring score the only goal?). We'd taken loads to York and a sizeable following to Gillingham too in that last month.
emus wig
Didn’t Tony Cascarino tear us a new one in the home game against Gillingham that season ?
