I'm assuming as it's near the changing rooms it's en masse internally rather than for fans

I'm getting a couple for mates kids (name, number and match ready with the EFL badges on and all that) and they said they'd get done around the time of the first few home games

but am also sure it would be frowned upon if they didn't sign a fans shirt upon request outside
