Neil will order a police escort for him to the home end, like in the old days.

Would expect it's the same lineup as the B team playing tomorrow v Warrington.

there has to be something like 5 or 6 start on Tuesday who will also be in the starting XI against Wycombe

something like that

probably be some first team starters, the bench and then some of the b team

nope

I'll be fully on the bandwagon if we get to the final of course

but till then, no real interest in attending the Papa Johns

Its Carabao this one, pizza begins a couple of weeks later.

I've a feeling we'll have a couple of rounds in this one and a long run in the Pizza. Evatt seemed to be quite up for a run in it last season, though I'd rather be out of it ASAP.

Final weekend is actually the weekend we play Sheff Weds away on the Friday. I reckon there's a fair chance one of us will be in that.

There are no specific rules for League Cup team strength

6.5 Each Club shall play its full available strength in and during all Competition Matches

yeah, got my micky-mouse-till-we-get-a-good-fixture tournaments mixed up

still think he'll go more with the first team and bench warmers to start - maybe with b teamers on the bench

all about momentum at this point of the season

Might have this

what’s the crack lowers only open

Was lowers only last year for this and papa John's.

But they've also put platinum suite and boxes on for this on the West stand this year so who knows.

Very much in for League Cup games (at least while its £10 or so tickets) and very much out for that other cup for U21s (even if its free).

But the confusion over which cup it is just from the small sample of responses on this thread is probably repeated around the country and will be one reason attendances are as low as they are; folk see the sponsors name and don't have a clue what that means and don't care enough to check.  That's one thing the FA Cup has going for it, its called the FA Cup (for now). A rule completely ignored by the top third of the Premier League.
