Strictly speaking itโs just points, not those two. 24 wins and 12 draws beats 26 wins and 5 draws. A 0-0 draw returns more than a 2-3 loss. But you knew that ๐ Quote

Rival Son Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Remaining losses were assumed. Didnโt think I needed to explain that. ๐ Quote

Members DazBob Posted October 30 Members Posted October 30 Does the XG take into consideration who the chance falls to?ย For example, If Dion Charles has the exact same chance/scenario as Haaland are they both the same XG? Quote

Don't think so. One or two on here with a greater insight, but I think it's a data based assessment.ย I'd guess the video of a chance is analysed and compared to a vast library of analysed chances. This could of course be total bollocks.ย Quote

Site Supporter desperado Posted November 5 Author Site Supporter Posted November 5 Iโll say it before the real doom-mongers hijack it. Weโd all rather be in Plymouth/Oxfords position fighting for results in the division above. And it doesnโt really count for much if we donโt go up this season. That said itโs been an entertaining 4 years with all those wins!ย Quote

thebells Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Papa John Cup runs and Play Off Games will likely mean we played more games than most (albeit we didn't win many Play off Games). It's hard to read that and not give Evatt a lot of credit though. To have 20 more wins than any other team (including Ipswich, who seem to have had the ride of their lives over the last couple of years) is quite incredible. Quote

That includes our promotion season, so will have a good number from that. As you say pizza cup games too. As above though, others have gone on to better things in that time, so we can't be smug about it.ย Improvement year on year etc but we have to gain promotion this year to maintain that. Going to take some doing. Quote
