I know its economics but I really wish we didnt have to let big clubs come and have their big day out at our gaff.

The thought of 5k+ plus en masse behind that goal making a racket is already doing my head in.

Might be their big day out, but at least we can take a perverse enjoyment out of the fact it must be a fucking awful day out.

Outside of the prem,  what other grounds would an away team get 5000+ tickets for a league game ?   In fact, chuck in the prem and I still cant think of an allocation that big.

I disagree, i much prefer the atmosphere at a game with a big away following to a handful like Morecambe & most of our fans will respond & try to get behind our team........plus it's a pleasure to see large numbers of away fans streaming out 10 minutes before the end !!
