Mr Evatt, you have fucked up. You really need to get rid of your mate Dixon. Didnt get anywhere near those pens!

Can't blame him for the pens.

Can blame him for the 1st goal though. Shit defending all round but he practically gave him an open goal to shoot at.

Glad to see it counts as a draw in the record books irrespective of the daft penalties.

I posted a picture of the wrong table. Corrected now.

Edit: Actually, it's still wrong, and that's from the EFL website. Tranmere should be on 2 pts as they won the shootout. I give up.

Terrible game but a great moment for Carty an absolute beauty of a strike! Nice strong aerial play from Bod to flick it on too after a frustrating game for him. Hopefully one or two of the young B team lads can be gems for us like Thomason is turning out to be. Not sure why Izzy took a pen so early as he never ever has a proper shot in any games the only time he scores is by accident when he's shanked a cross in like Salford away but good to see him back out there still looking sharp. On the whole the defence was an absolute mess all game, DJ was absolutely out of his depth on the right it hindered us so badly, the midfield two in Sheehan & Morley are too similar to play with each other especially in a double pivot as they both want to get on the ball to control tempo yet not one of them wants to put a foot in nor get close to anybody out of possession & the front three just couldn't get on the ball to do anything in the final third because of how slow/sloppy our build up play was up to them. Dixon is at fault for at least one goal every game he starts, surely Hutchinson should get a chance if he's so highly rated at the club? I mean he's older than Trafford apparently? if Hutch is the future then a game in the first team in a crappy cup isn't going to do us anymore harm than sticking with Dixon who won't even be here next season

If Dixon would have saved a pen or two, IE may be more inclined to play him and ruin our future cup games, we got away with a draw tonight, but he can't be trusted, as proven when he's been given game time since Trafford came in.

Problem is you ain’t going to get a decent keeper who’s happy to train all week and not make the bench. So we’re stuck with him.

But you do. Especially older, experienced players.

Also, lets remember Trafford is only here on loan, so they'll have a chance for next year.

We certainly can't have this lightweight clown as our reserve. If Trafford is injured or suspended at some point were fckd.
