  • Can not speak for @gonzo but coming back yesterday we ended up with one  of our seats double booked with a protester. We chatted most of the way back, I told him I  was not a supporter and he was fine

  • I just wish folk would stop producing bollocks information and spreading it. 3 kids have been murdered ffs and the first thing someone can think of is set up a fake twitter profile and post some

  • Anyone who thinks Starmer covered up for grooming gangs because he in some way thinks it’s ok, is off their fucking box. Hes a dull as shit, methodical legal cunt. Unfortunately, to get justice p

Why have they not been invited ? Surely every candidate should get chance to speak.

Probably for the same reason an independent candidate hasn't.

Restore are third place in the running, way ahead of the tories and the greens who both have a representative on.

Well how many are on the candidate list? Surely you can recognise that this is a two party race and the rest are just making up the numbers as it is?

Also QT is a general politics show and usually just have the main parties on, except for Farage who had been on more than any other politicians ever.

You know the answer already.

Rupert Lowe is an over educated idiot who like Farage accepts a lot of overseas money to make waves politically in the UK.

He wouldn’t be on though, it would be the Ashton in makerfield candidate

It’s an Ashton on makerfield special with all the candidates….well 5 of them

As I wrote my reply to burnden I wondered if they were polling better than I expected. So fair enough, if they are third then you could expect representation but as a small party with one MP you can find these anomalies occur.

The reality is those voting restore will probably hinder Reforms chances, they should have been allowed/invited on the show

As I just said, fair enough it seems odd to leave their candidate out. Maybe they are probably going off the vote share of the last election, dunno?

As you say...it's a "show" so does it really matter?

Hands up who fancies Fiona?

Awww RW is upset

Just like clock work on a Thursday for you 🍻🍻

Absolutely no idea why I would be upset, care to elaborate

You are such a bore.

As a Labour member, I'll be voting Starmer - I cant stand Burnham, no new ideas, just that he can talk a bit better.

As a country, it is not what we need.

RW, go back to work (?)

Not sure who you’re taking too and I don’t think anyone gives a shit about who you’re voting for you boring cunt 😆 (Starmer can’t be voted for, you seem a bit confused)

Anyway this should be good viewing later

That Reform candidate is making himself look a total arse.

So out of his depth.

Tory boy 😁

Thought it was a bit dull. Burnham talked well but was allowed too much time imo.

The Reform lad just seems bothered about Makerfield so I think would be better doing his job as a councillor. I thought some of his answers were awful but the Green woman who was like a do gooder from HR was as bad. Tory seemed a nice enough bloke, the Liberal just an annoying prick.

Only saw the first 30 mins. Tbf he wasn’t as bad as I thought he would be, but yes, a rabbit in the headlights. You could argue that political parties should have a duty of care for their candidates - can’t be great for the guy to be publicly humiliated like this (assuming he’s self aware). He may be a good plumber and a good laugh down the pub, but not MP material, with all the responsibilities which come with that. (He’s not the only one btw).

So my Mrs (who is a Labour member) is so Burnham.

We may have fallen out over this.
