Just read that link. Doesn’t read anything like he portrayed it back in the day. Very interesting though. I’ll definitely ask him about it next time I see him. Thanks for that. I have no opinion by the way just going on what he’s said in the past

I'd be interested to hear his thoughts.  At the time, it felt like one or two greedy companies and individuals were screwing the service into the ground for their own financial benefit.  I'd be saddened if what seemed to be a noble cause by workers at the time now sees them as the ones to blame.

Not sure when I’ll next see him as my sister died a few years ago so he’s not often over this way these days but it’s piqued my interest so will definitely follow up on it and let you know
