  1. Sorry! http://www.heraldscotland.com/sport/commonwealth-games/cwg-news/federation-in-probe-over-treatment-of-police-officers.24890433
  2. By CHRIS MUSSON Scottish Home Affairs Editor Published: 31st July 2014 POLICE chiefs stand accused of pushing cops to “breaking point” on Games duty — as it was claimed some officers are working mammoth 14-hour shifts without breaks.
  3. Difficulties for soldiers on Ceremonial Duties (Household Cavalry) "I've got a mate who actually wet himself on public duties "Queen's Guard" at Windsor Castle. We was told the Queen wasn't in residence so there's only one guard required at each post and the guard roster was set up as a normal stag, then we got a phone call asking why we wasn't double tapping "double manning" because the Queen was in residence. Well, the guard commander started flapping and re jigged the stag list and had to put another man on each post to double tap but he completely ballsed up the stag list somehow and didnt relieve my mate who was bursting to go.... well you can guess the rest." That was from the Oatcake forum. Believable? Is that really an occupational hazard for soldiers on ceremonial guard duty?
  4. I love the way he seems to 'come back to life' as soon as he's finished doing it!!
