I think it was so we could all stand in the naughty corner, think about what we'd done, panic, create a facebook group about it, realise we might have to do some work and then when the site comes back up we all can truly appreciate how wonderful w-ways is, and all the hard work that goes into it and therefore behave ourselves. for a day or two anyway.
