Windows Update Kb967715

The latest windows update kb967715 keeps appearing on my update shield every time i turn my p.c on despite me installing it already a couple of days ago.Any one know why? I am using xp.

No rush

Seems to be a fairly common problem with that particular update, especially on Dell & Lenavo hardware.

Seems like a sit tight situation until m$ release an updated version.

 

(deleting the contents of the sofytwaredistribution folder and letting windiows rebuild an update list may work, but as it seems to be hardware specific, probably not)
