I’m genuinely surprised at the rental prices in *CRAWLEY. There’s not much difference between there and Walkden by the looks of it.
He doesn't live in Crawley, hence his username.

I reckon Sunak's hoping he can get one of the Rwanda flights off the ground and then call one
So it probably won't be until at least July
I think July/August. Bloody hope so anyway.

General Election in May. Announced Monday.
YHIHF
May? Surely it takes more than a month to set up an election?

I don't know enough about it to comment, I only know a friend dealing with the issue was very thankful of their help a few years back.

St Patrick wasn't born in Ireland.
Yet no bugger seems bothered.
Countries all over the world celebrate their nation/culture in all manner of ways, and are happy to do so.
Only the usual progressive group-thinkers telling folk what they have to believe, how to think and to be anti-English as that's the only way to atone.
I've not put a flag out, been to a party or done anything specific to the day, but it doesn't mean I look down on those that have.
All the best to them.
I get that, but why does our national day seem to involve daft cunts getting wankered and kicking off in London
The Irish and Scotchers get wankered happily without trouble in the main.

Really, sorry, don't know anything about that. Again all those stories, those lives that war takes.
It's like I was in Lewisham the other day, there is a small plaque I was interested in seeing (after we went to a posh food market obviously) where the first V12 bomb landed in Britain. Killed just people going to Woolworths - it made no difference to the war and innocent people died.
Echos something of the Gaza conflict.
And the Russian Ukrainian war now, innocent folk being killed a hundred miles from the front line.
Obviously the circumstances are different but innocent lives being slaughtered all the same in both conflicts.

St George is truly an international saint and England is not the only country or region to claim him as its patron.
England shares St George with Venice, Genoa, Portugal, Ethiopia and Catalonia among others as their patron saint and many of these places have their own celebrations and ceremonies in his honour.
WE CAN'T EVEN HAVE OUR OWN SAINT!

When she was in that silver outfit for one of their videos she was defo in the wank bank back when I was a lad. Then again, back then I would have done them all given the chance, even the Scouser.

Not sure how he could be Turkish when Turkey wasn’t even a place when St George was battling Dragons?
True, he was a Roman and the whole Dragon bullshit was made up about 500 years later.
Why the fuck grown men wear chainmail like crusaders is beyond me.

When did Sweet Caroline become our anthem?
It's so not English.
Why is our Patron saint from what is now Turkey?

Again, if the police officer was refusing to allow him to cross over simply because he was thought to be being provocative, it wouldn't have gained the traction it has
The issue is that one of the stated reasons was Gideon Falter being "openly Jewish"
And posting Lowkey, fucking hell
I have no idea who he is, the video has been posted loads of times by different folk.

I think the copper was being completely reasonable in a difficult situation. I am not a fan of these marches taking place every other week though.

About fucking time

Fucking hell! Great backheel by Dion

Guess that's a NO then? 🤔
I think they can, needs time for Dion to get back on form and to get an understanding.

Austerity fucked it all up, then Brexit made everything twice as bad.
Name me one Brexit benefit to the UK and I will listen.

Anyone seen Richard Tice make a complete tit of himself on Question Time? Fucking crank.

Is that because there are many more Mercs around than Skoda's? Just looked at reliability and the Skoda seems so much more reliable than the C class, which concerns me.
I've had a Merc C for two years (previous model) and it didn't let me down. Then had a Passat for 5 years and never missed a beat. Now on a Cupra PHEV and it is great. Missus has has an Audi for 8 years and been fine, moving to a Golf next.
You never know if you will get a "Friday afternoon" car but for me VW group cars have never lete down.

Bloody hail set my car alarm off this morning.

I am not sure the AMG line or VRS will be particularly soft riding for your folks tbh but might be fine if you avoid the plethora of potholes these days.
The Merc looks nicer inside and out but the Skoda seems to have a good reputation for reliability.

It is legal migration that is the issue but folk on boats gets all the attention.
There has been a large uptick of late due to Hong Kong and Ukraine adding to the numbers of course it doesn't explain the huge increase.
