Total stalemate, nothing to do with either FV or Admin. EDT and KA legal team are seeing who blinks first.

Doubt EDT will agree to that clause. If they did it means KA won’t pay the £7.5 million back

We get 14 days from the EFL anyway. We wont last that long if there is no deal as admin will pull the plug.

In that scenario FV will allmost certainly pull out. The new hotel owners will need to transfer £500k+ to the club to prevent admin from commencing liquidation proceedings.

I’m sure KA knows how to just stay on the right side of the law.

I wish I knew for sure. If I was to guess then one will be to do with the EDT loan to KA and how it’s secured. One will be KA protecting himself against future legal action from FV. Loads will come out in due course
