    I hate pay at pump, in fact I hate petrol stations. I nearly died of embarrassment when (in an absolutely packed petrol station where people were queuing out the door) my petrol pump broke and the person behind the till started talking me through working a petrol pump like I was a complete idiot... ON THE LOUDSPEAKER from inside for near enough everyone in Bolton to hear. Needless to say I went purple with embarrassment, gave up and drove off- with no petrol or dignity!
