He simply asked which court it was in and why it wasn't reported. That doesn't automatically mean he doesn't believe you. It means he wants more information about the situation. Whether or not he does or doesn't believe what you're saying is different. My point is that any questions don't instantly mean someone is trying to discredit you.

Asking questions doesn't mean seeking to discredit you or your integrity. Whether it's him, me or anyone else for that matter. We're all here because we want updates on what might happen. Asking questions because something doesn't make sense or doesn't appear to be the full story isn't attacking you. I'd go as far as saying most of us are fairly happy with your updates, gives us something to look forward to and is somewhat interesting at least.

Not really questioning your integrity. I even stated that a lot of it adds up, I just have a problem believing something as simple as saying "I wasn't there, didn't get it" is good enough. I'm never going to blindly accept something a random account posts online, but I have no issue with you or what you've stated. If there's a 7 day liquidation period tomorrow, that'd take it to the 10th, right? I also don't understand the issue with reclaiming shares on 9th.

Good to hear that you have better things to do, because I'm waiting on a Bahrain King to turn up any second riding an elephant. I like keeping up with what you say, not calling you wrong/liar either, just saying I don't personally believe that not being at your listed address is someone else's fault and gets you out of paying your bills for another week. If you take offence to people questioning things, then that's unfortunate. If nothing else it's been entertaining keeping up with.

As we stand what do we think will happen? I personally don't believe the wrong address letter stuff. Not saying Howard is completely lying because a lot of the stuff said yesterday adds up. Wouldn't even be mad if he was stringing everyone along the whole time after that, must have taken some research, but I just don't buy the letter sent to wrong address excuse. Or a judge stupid enough to give him another week because he asked nicely. I think we'll either get another 2 week adjournment or liquidated tomorrow. Depends what questions the judge/HMRC has regarding new buyers/the last buyers who were willing to pay the bills. Convenient that he releases a chairman's notes mentioning accepting an offer lower than what he paid the day before he's back in court.

Seems like Ken got the injunction, if there was ever one to get. Pushes Howard's buyers back a week. That's pretty much the only update apart from the BN article that just came out, but they sound clueless, so wouldn't buy into that. Chairman's notes too, usual shit.

He doesn't really need to contest it if he believes Bassini has the funds. Still gives him another 7 days to wrap up with Bassini or at worst case for him, go back to Howard's group for a lower offer. Only problem is, if he doesn't go back to Howie's group and liquidates instead after the 7 days.

Sounds like it depends on whether or not Ken can find a judge before 16:30 to give him an extra week to sort it. If he can then he must be pretty certain Bassini has the money, because in all likelihood it won't be wrapped up by Wednesday and we'll be liquidated and given a week to sort shit out.

Believe me mate, I hope so. I just don't understand how it's got this far if he truly has no money behind him. If Ken drags Bassini to court begging to delay it again then he must really think he's got the cash. Otherwise it makes no sense to potentially have the shares taken off you at the last minute for nothing, when you've been offered a pay off for them to just not be a cunt on the way out.

If what's been said is true and Ken is looking to postpone the share reclaiming for another week it has to come out eventually. We just have to hope that Bassini doesn't have the cash and we'll see big Wheats driving around in a McClaren in no time.

So: Document posted earlier by Howie was dated 5th March. They went around Ken then to acquire the Moonshift debt before making Ken an offer a couple of weeks later. Ken is fiddling with himself trying to work out how to get a better pay off. Won't happen. We're rich.

Yeah, I go back and forth with it to whether or not I'm buying into it. I don't rule anything out really, just take it all with a pinch of salt so I'm decently informed whatever the outcome may be. Doesn't make sense to write anything off cos let's be honest, not a single person would have named Bassini at the beginning of last week.

I'm sure everyone appreciates the clarification on that. So, from the other stuff you've said - Ken is currently looking for a judge to give him another week due to claiming he didn't receive the notice? If he doesn't manage to get that done by close of play tomorrow then the shares will be taken tomorrow as you've always said?

That sort of ties in with my point. It's detrimental to their reputation to pursue him publicly, but they're likely to release a statement if they don't get it from what you've said. I don't understand how pursuing a con artist for debt owed is more detrimental to a reputation than publicly acknowledging you wanted the club but stood back and watched it get liquidated because the owner is a clown.
