Firstly, reclaiming debt that is overdue by needing to appear in court is detrimental to someones reputation? How? Especially when the person on the other side has form for being in court due to not paying bills. Secondly, they want it so much, but soon as Ken says he's going public they don't care and will allow him to do whatever he pleases with the club even though he owes them money?

That's what has been asked all day though. Can he do it by tomorrow when they're due to be taken?

Why do you keep dodging the question about whether or not they're on track for tomorrow still and when we'll find out about Ken and the wrong address stuff? No doubt you have other stuff to do, but it's literally been asked time and time again. Should we be expecting any change tomorrow? A statement? Shares taken back and fight Ken's excuse later?

I've read through quite a bit, but hard to keep track of who exactly said what and when it was said if you weren't here as it was happening. Unless you go back through and work out all the dates you don't really know how far in advance he predicted it either.

Honestly, to most people you probably haven't. You've given lots of information that can't/hasn't been verified or confirmed (at least yet anyway), and a lot of people (myself included) weren't on here before the Basran thing collapsed which you apparently leaked/predicted. Other than that I don't think there's been much to prove anything you've said the last few days. Not having a pop either, as I like to keep up to date with it anyway.

He's just clarified meaning with the EFL and not Anderson. Anderson wants Bassini deal apparently.

He did, last week. He's not going to keep a running commentary with them, but he does owe them an update. I suppose if it's within touching distance and will be done today, the best update he can give them is that he's fucking off.

Beat me to it. If people are offended by a joke over something a decade old then that's on them. Not like the rest of the thread has been completely clean and it was dropped out of nowhere.

Think this is what we all want to know now, if the rest of the information is true and he's lining up liquidators. Surely can't be done by 5pm tomorrow, can it?

That's the part that makes sense, but the debt to Moonshift doesn't exist if it's acquired by your buyers and they've offered him a deal (obviously leaves him a bit lighter, but it's not like they're taking it for nothing unless he doesn't agree), which includes paying debts/bills and paying him to leave. Sure it's not as much as what he'd get for selling assets, but he gets any of his charges/loans to the club repaid + a few million to leave.

What happened to him paying into the accounts today then to satisfy them? Not happened? What happened to the mystery buyers offering Ken money to leave? How will he get more from liquidation, he isn't the only creditor. Not like he can sell the assets and pocket it and fuck off over the hill.

Obviously we're all hoping it's true and Bassini has failed, the guy on Twitter is pretty much useless (same can be said about certain people here who provide no proof of things they're saying). He isn't in the know and if he does know a staff member who has been told that about the liquidators, then surely that means Howard's mystery buyers aren't anywhere to be seen? Judging from what Howard has been saying, they offered him a fair deal and are still giving him a payday. Liquidating won't give him that and despite how much of a cunt he is, he's not stupid enough to liquidate the club rather than take millions as payment.

I've just read through the last few pages, so why not. Howard's mystery group have been offered £2m to give Bassini more time to complete the deal. He thinks they'll take it because it's £2m to do nothing, but he also said £2m isn't a big enough sweetener, so maybe not? If they do take it they still have a good chance of getting the club a week later. Bassini has to deposit funds into accounts tomorrow to prove himself, if he doesn't then he will fail FFP. If Bassini doesn't have the £2m tomorrow, then I assume the mystery buyers will still try to complete on 2nd? Everything has to be sorted by 9th April otherwise bye bye Bolton. Still won't be as painful as Stoke at Wembley.

That's more understandable. Still, can't say I agree with it considering he's probably lining himself up for a substantial payday when he finally sells up. Also less understandable when he's probably the reason it's dragged on so long and hasn't been done a long time ago.

I could be wrong, but hasn't he always done that and been fairly open about it? He's always blamed cash flow issues rather than not having the cash and has said in the past he puts it in to withdraw it when available. Would not paying the wages be different to this? Not sure if it's being implied that he's basically skint or he's just at the point where he won't put any more of his own money in.

I didn't miss it, but I assumed that's what he always does because it's what he's mentioned in the past. He puts money in and takes it back as soon as it's available, which is fine, but not at the cost of not paying your bills and risking the club we all support.

I just said I don't believe him and it's not a question of that. The man talks nothing but shite - If you look to the news yesterday about takeover I said instantly that it's convenient timing and another excuse to not pay wages. The thinking for yourself comment was probably a bit misplaced, but I've tried reading through the full thread a few times now to pick up anything I've missed and the majority seem to think that Anderson is doing a good job or did a good job saving us. He's running the club like it's in admin regardless and he's delaying the sale to better a pay off for him, no matter the consequences for others. And I don't come from FB or Twitter or anywhere really. I check Twitter for latest news and then heard of this place, I don't actively visit any though.

It's literally there in his own words. At least people elsewhere can think for themselves rather than giving Ken a reach around any chance they get. He wrote it. Nobody else. Whether or not that's the genuine reason doesn't really matter. He put it out publicly that he DECIDED to delay them, it's not a question of whether I believe it or not, or whether he can afford it or not, it's what he put out for people to believe. Even so, it's not like this is the first thing he's done wrong. I don't really understand all the defending him here tbh. You get your retards on the other sites but fuck me, people acting like Ken Anderson is a saviour when he's running the club like it's in admin anyway.
