Didn't Howard say that liquidation meant that there would be an investigation? If Anderson has done something illegal then he will want to avoid this at all costs?
Embargo won't happen. The only people it punishes is potential new owners, who would be less likely to buy.
All an embargo would do is increase the chance of liquidation and I don't think the EFL are that incompetent.
Surely Ken won't bother contesting tomorrow then? Liquidation and adjournment are the same thing to him because he loses his shares on the 10th either way?
Surely for Ken there's no difference between a 7 day adjournment and liquidation? He gets 7 days to sell the club either way as shares will be taken on the 10th?
So if there is any adjournment, then if we are liquidated at the end of it the extension will go another 7 days? Meaning you can still take the shares?
