Nokia phone help

I have got a Nokia 6021 and my son has managed to set the security so it won't work. It now asks for a PUK code.

 

WTF is a PUK code and what is mine? Or how do I find out without taking it to a asianstani guy who'll charge me a tenner for the benefit?

Done all that. Listened to a synthesised voice for 20 minutes which eventually stated they couldn't help.
