Attention geeks

I'm trying to change m4a files into mp3s or wma's. How can this be done without subjecting the PC to a sudden exit through the window to my left? Thanks.

    I think you can do it with iTunes (free download for Windows from www.apple.com/itunes) .. Pull the m4a tunes into iTunes, select them then choose Advanced.. convert to MP3.. I think you can anyway. You can on a Mac anyway
