why doesn't someone just decide which exit is going to get opened and every one amass outside it??

i expect it will be a turnstile like at city, computer system with very high turnstile, Police will also be manning the area very tightly

SURELY ONLY THE 1ST AND 2ND IN COMMAND CAN SORT THIS OUT :-$

Nou Camp entrance is with a bar code, I got booted out, walked back up to the same turnstile and the turnstile operator let me back in even after the bar code was "void". Not too sure that tactic will work with 1500 though
