Wouldn't pay out on a bet yesterday due to the systems being down. Would happily take money off you but not pay out.

 

I tried cashing the said bet at Blackburn Road branch but they wouldn't pay out either as they needed to get codes from Halliwell road which they couldn't due to the computer error.

 

Anyone else experience this problem?
