Nothing better when i was kid in Tyldesley, sampling an " All In" from Stotts cafe. It was home made Hot Pot,Steak pudding, mushy peas and gravy. For the older folk, a caravan would be parked up on the market square, selling black puddings, tripe, cow heels, pigs trotters, elder, and wesson. For some reason, i never tried out the caravans grub.
