Driving Work

Does anyone know of any driving work going anywhere? full time permanent only please. looking for work as i am struggling quite badly with gout in my ankle and my current boss in his wisdom has taken me off all driving duties and put me in a role where i am pretty much on my feet all day, even though he knows about my condition.
