Reply was sorry we have no J's left. Now it is Christmas people do tend to buy shirts and have names put on as presents, so why did the knobs not order extra letters for what is a busy time for the shop.

See your main point though. How can they have not stock checked their letters and CDs before yesterday - when they must have known that many fans would descend on the club shop with money and vouchers they had received as Xmas presents.
