watched my first game at burnden in 1949 ,i was 5 years old ,have been goin ever since.last sat ,went to maccelsfield cup match.i was in the pub before the game when a local said to me that being an" old codger"did i know that it was almost a 2 mile walk to the ground...".no bother" i replied ile get a taxi.....he told me there wernt any,so walk it i did....guess what,there were loads of us in the same boat roll on the "old codgers"

come on gary,if your goin ,bloody well go and stop messin about .we have all loved you at our club and wish you well but with only two weeks or so of the window left we will be left with "left overs" to pick from again . all the best mate but hurry up !!!

mabee they should play on the beach, as long as the tide is out, they say stanley mathews ran through the in coming waves every day to keep his ankles in shape...well he played till he was 50 so it didnt do him any harm,,,,,

does any one really know why we get only 18000ish home fans at home when on tv .it dosent happen at a lot of other clubs.we are from the clevelys area and we cant wait to get there for a game like spurs at home, and to all the tv whites -- you dont know what you missed....

they will be thumin it wont they, after all they all have 2 on each hand

what a pleasure it was to go to spurs yesterday whithout any will we or wont we stay up stuff,we went from blackpool on the train and had a great day out. it beats some of the other disasters we have had this season, so its thanks from me to all the other whites fans that were there ,the 2 norweigen blokes we met in the pub, my mates pete, peter, mo, and my son adam (gonzo}... thanks lads great day....mick ramsden

how much more bad luck are we going to get before it turns our way, 4 games 4 decisions against and each one crucial at that,on top of all that our strikforce isnt striking either,lets hope it turns in next match ...keep everthing crossed.....

was wondering if someone at the powers that be could have a word with that head steward with the funny hair in the lower east to have a word with his troops to start shouting "oh stand up"in stead of "oh sidown" all the time,the away fans stand all the time which makes for more noise so why cant we do the same....

me and my pal were there too,in the ground we were surrounded by loads of over jelous stewards and police,they all seemed to wish you to blink so they could chuck you out,they must be bored

lets find a way to get all the tv and plastic whites back into the ground, coyle and his men must do there bit but i am fed with folks telling me "the game"s on in this pub or that pub",we have all been bangin on about poor play and bad tactics, well lets show owen colyle that a new posative style means full grounds, go in the pub after weve won
