  1. Broadly the same Option to reclaim on 9th Offer from Bassini not to reclaim on the 9th Not yet ruled out by KA which is the normal bell weather for ‘tyre kicker’
  2. What I would say about the EFL is that their FFP rules will limit the number of wealthy buyers as promotions cannot be ‘bought’ without somehow hyper inflating turnover. Im not linking the two, but there have long been rumours that a certain Thai owner would privately fund an associates purchase of an EFL team with a view to being able to inflate turnover via received transfer fees.
  3. It isn’t a ruling open to interpretation, it’s a fact based assessment that KA passed. You could argue for a more stringent assessment with previous bankruptcy being an outright barring, but many people are successful after a bankruptcy.
  4. You’d have to fund a forensic examination of ICI and BWFC as well as the loan company
  5. Unfortunately that isn’t the case, we won’t be used as the fluffer for a more corrupt offer.
  6. Only under subpoena and a transfer embargo would follow
  7. Do you know the cost of due diligence?
  8. Possible, although it was taken out of BWFC per se. ICI used assets it held in BWFC as collateral and then placed the debt with BWFC in the form of an intercompany obligation. Admittance would result in an embargo.
  9. Yes, but 4 weeks wouldn’t be required
  10. He’s wouldn’t be the first to do it https://www.bridgingandcommercial.co.uk/article-desc-3026_football-chairman-banned-in-16346m-bridging-scandal https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/21829894
  11. Yes, but returned to him if PL achieved inside 4 years.
  12. No, it’s about him not being required to repay the intercompany loans when ICI ceases to be owner of the Burnden Leisure shares.
  13. I suspect the white Rolls Royce indicates it was him.
  14. It’s tha plus loans from Moonshift
  15. Genuinely believe that Bassini has funds. Its about the structure of the payments to KA and what gets overlooked from his time with the club.
  16. Not completing due diligence would be the only concern, wonder if he has found the £13M hole?
  17. & in the grand scheme of things (and as a fan) our presence being revealed 2 weeks ago effectively saved the club from liquidation, to lose it following that would be disappointing but circumventing KA always came with the potential for that to occur.
  18. Everybody involved is aware of timeframes, hopefully that focuses people enough to do what they need to do. It remains out of our hands.
  19. Also expect the club to apply for validation orders to pay staff and bills necessary to get the game on.
  20. More to do with the prevention of money laundering and the checks/processes in place when funds come from certain locations.
  21. We believe the issue is getting the funds in to the UK as opposed to their existence.
  22. Not in the court session, possibly in chambers
