But how will that work with the Davies debt? Your bidder owns that debt now so surely no deal by Tuesday they will take Ken’s shares and then get the club? Surely kens got to sign the deal over the weekend and pay off all debt before Tuesday?

Howard, do you know if moonshift are foregoing the bonus payments they would be owned if we got promoted back to the prem? 15 mil I think it was? Is it that all they want back is the 8 million back from ken?

Is it a positive that James, Warburton, Davies clan and ken are all back in the country as reported? This is because they might be here to deal with the final dealings of the deal instead of letting someone else deal with it and they may be ready to finally sign off on a deal? Especially ken because it’s normally Aldridge dealing with it day to day.. Secondly, the reason for this clan not wanting to be in the public realm like Basran wanted too, is because they don’t want anyone knowing who they are? Rather than Basran who was all over the media because he was feeding them info for one to prove about this 50/100m investor fund to get him to the table even though he wasn’t ever using this fund and two to put ken under pressure within the media and through social media? But this new bidder dosent want to do this because they have no reason to because they have the cash and confident on completing the deal? The club can also confirm that due to the delay in collecting the payment for March, the final Direct Debit payment for the 2018/19 season, scheduled for April 1, will be taken next week as usual. “Supporters will be notified in due course, with a new collection date for April. It is like they are contradicting themselves there though, is it on the 1st? Because the next line down states they will notify us of a new date in April to cash the direct debit?

But my understanding is that this bidder had done a back to back deal with the Davis’s family in regards ken debt to them? What if they decide they don’t want to buy the club? Will they just take his shares and sell the club to someone else to get there debt back? Can’t they put the club into admin to get there cash back?

Are you saying that the bidder is getting fed up with ken not agreeing to their deal and him trying to find someone to gazump them? When it reality it going to be very very slim in him finding an even better bid before the 3rd.. Do you think this party may put the club into admin before the 28th then?

Surely ken can only do that if he finds another bidder who is going to pay them silly terms which is unlikely! My guess is that if someone agrees more he will just push and push and not stop trying to move the goalposts until has no time left eg. Day before he loses his shares? Because in Ken’s mind he never has a final figure he will just push until someone walks away or there a big deadline such as what we had on Wednesday in court! My guess of what you have been saying about timescales on the deal getting completed; Do you think he will play it out with other bidders for a week or so in hope he can get more money elsewhere because I suppose what has he got to lose? But will then deal on the 1st/2nd April as your predicting Howard when he realises he won’t get a better deal before the deadline of him losing his shares and him getting nothing? Or think he may deal earlier?

Why will they leave it that late to complete? Surely they want it done ASAP and not make it go all the way down the the death again! Or that all down to securing deals with unsecured creditors?

Thank Howard! Fingers crossed someone with deep pockets to chuck away 30 million plus down the drain to pay everyone off and avoid any admin process! So then at least next season we can start again on a even footing!

Is there any idea why it’s so radio silent today Howard? Has anything happened behind closed doors today, good or bad? Or are we more likely to see movement tomorrow evening and Wednesday when people stop playing there poker face; creditors, Anderson and potential investors?
