Yes maybe! But I thought by EFL regulation .. An administrator has to advertise offers for the club for a minimum of 21 days to stop pre pack deals but in that period they have to speak to the ST and give them a chance to submit a bid in that period? So the trust never have an exclusivity period just that they are given a chance to speak to the administrator in that 21 day period?

But isn’t Michael James part of FV and a large part of Howards time was spent being negative about FV not having the cash 🤷🏻‍♂️ More sounds like EDT .. wanting to point out certain things Ken’s been hiding away and also investigating potential bidders to see if they had the cash to pay the trust back because all long that’s all they want from Bolton, which was just wanting their money back! But why would they need to discredit the ST?

@Howardroark ... Why should the EDT be bothered who ken wants to appoint as an administrator ? Surely every administrator is bound legally how to go about things so won’t favour people! So surely the trust should just agree to whoever Ken’s wants as the administrator just so he is finally out of the loop

When would you expect an administrator to be appointed and in charge? Before the end of the week? Or could this argument go on for a couple of weeks now right up until the next court date (as standard with Ken and bolton)

Moonshifts legal person stood forward and proposed an intent to put us into administration! Ken sent no one! Similar with the hotel PBP (James) sent his legal guy to also propose an intent to put us into admin.. not ken! Ken did nothing! His statement today was a joke, EDT and James saved us today! Ken did nothing at all to save us from liquidation and he just blaming bassini for it all..

So who is the likely buyer from admin @Howardroark .. someone your working for?

Is there nothing in the story Nixon did that furture ventures have joined forces with another group from the Middle East and that’s where the new cash could come from? Also wasn’t there Americans who wanted to buy us from blumarble last year, are they not interested? Finally are you still not working for any bidders?

When will bassini finally disappear then? And no chance ken will last min trigger admin on Tuesday? And arnt players football creditors and will then be due there wage through administration? Why would they not wait out there contracts until they expire? They arnt going to get a new club until the summer now..?

There is every chance we will be back in court on Wednesday hoping on the judge giving sympathy on us to survive again! This is after lying in the last two times we have been to court! So surely there is a good chance they will have enough and rule in favour of HMRC! If bassini really wanted to save the club he would of done it by now! Admin is the only option to save us now! But very much fearing liquidation .. because they left it too late to appoint an administrator .. moonshift and Anderson before wednedsay

How you mean clever thing is to delay it as long as possible? Yes that is the only way! Need take 2-3 seasons to get on even terms again with our debts and start again with breathing space in league one!

Just can’t see a deal happening! Think admin needs pushing by ken and that’s the only chance we will get an half decent owner to handle this mess.. 3/4 weeks since bassini said he was 48 hours away.. a week since he agreed a deal with ken supposedly .. why had nothing moved forward or anything been paid? Doesn’t add up to me? Think that may happen on May the 8th now?

Is his money backers still coming from Thailand way? Also is he bringing Williams and Richards in to manage the club?

Was meaning Harvey is.. was meaning more Harvey is painting the same picture as ken that a deal is close to keep everyone happy and not downtools or push the admin button! I just saw them tweets.. like he is being diplomatic here! It’s clear a couple of people have agreed high level costs but when they do DD there are more costs.. his comments are just stating the obvious and in reality no deal is close! He is just in kens pocket and they are all protraying a deal is close just to keep players without pay / creditors etc happy to stop them pursuring admin and fulfil all fixtures! We have been close to a deal for months.. just all frauds!!

@Howardroark, I have seen your posts today about this 26 million and it is what it is now and all I care about now is having a football club to support next season. Everyone on here can discuss the figures all we want! But the debts are there and we can’t do anything about it!! All I care about is how we can start again! I understand your bidders view on not taking that amount of money on the chin! But I just had a few simple point about what’s next in which you may be able to confirm / help on .. If you are simpliy not bothered about buying the club why are you willing to fund the admin process / borrow money to other bidders to complete a sale? ? Are you scared ken will liquidate us and you will lost out on circa 5-8 mil? Like if you have no interest in acquiring the club why are you still trying to help the club / buyers come to the best positive solution for the long term furture? Surely you would just let them get on with it and then when something is sorted you will just get your money back just as moonshift always were following the sale of the club via Anderson? Is your bidders interest just down to them wanting the land so much that they are happy to help people just so you have the security of what happens to the land and no one else gets it? Finally you talked about a long term plan and investing around 100-150 mil and looking at the wolves model and getting us back to the Prem and then you said you would easily make 200m on your 100-150 mil investment? Everything you have talked about today is short term and wanting money quickly not through a long term process? Surely this can’t be just down to this 26 mil? Sorry for the long message! But me personally as a massive fan don’t care about figures and this and that!! All I care about now is how I get a club back to support next season and the big thing any football fan wants is just a football team to watch every week!
