Why is this dated 5th March Howard? Wasn’t the reclaiming of the shares done 14 days back from tomorrow? Well after 5th March?

How long does he have to prove it? And when will your group know if he has or not? How does tomorrow play out ? Does your group have to wait for word on if he’s proved it or not, or if they’ve managed to take the shares?

Howard, if bassini fails. When will we get an annoucment about your lot? Tuesday? Will it just be a straight forward sale announced or will there be time from the shares being taken to the sale being completed?

And if he does...? Is that game over for your bidder?

Do they take the shares and complete the sale the same day etc or will their be time in between? Will we know about shares being taken or will it just be a standard sale announcement with that detail hidden.

Completely agree. The whole outlook of it would be seen differently if it weren’t for the name Bassini. Why discredit yourselves with a loon like that. Why not just Richards front it with the cash from elsewhere.
