Kids are inevitable for a short while. 5 contracted players yet offering Barkhuizen £10k a week then they eventually get sorted 👀

I don’t get why any company would get dissed if they’re willing to pump money into the club.
Unless they’re a bookie, of course.
Aye good luck to them we have some bell ends even prem teams have logos on sleeves of companies I've never heard of. So what like I said as long as it wasn't poundland or bums & morons not bothered in slightest. And any fans taking piss who sponsored by betting firms can FRO

They can stay in admin until next April apparently. As long as a) one of the prospective buyers props it up with the money needed whilst sale goes through (kirchner paid the last £1.6m) or b) admins fund it and add those fees on at the end
either way they’ve got a while yet. Too many interested parties waiting for it to hit rock bottom for them not to be saved
they will prob get a -15 though for not meeting the pennies in the pound to creditors in that situation
-15 will do us!

Surely the anonymity only applies up to the point where the sale is agreed and funds are shown / provided.
the buyer would then need to be revealed in order for the EFL to conduct their fit and proper checks
why any / all of the prospective buyers don’t want the EFL to know who they are at this moment in time seems pointless. Reckon it’s a ploy by the administrator
The EFL wanted to be involved to save time. Have a look at the prospective owners and say yeah they will pass the test and we are confident of funding.
Now they will have to wait until bid accepted by admins and will then be under pressure to read it through and then grant approval.
Derby papers now saying virtually impossible to get takeover sorted before season starts. Only takes EFL to lose patience and in shit. Plus need £1.6 million to cover this months wages or 3 point deduction held over from 2020. Anyway fuck em Mel Morris caused this cheating fecker.

Aye can't see him fitting in football wise with the chuckle crew. Just lumped it up to that Smith galoot up front didn't they? Actually he's leaving and so has Ladapo and another decent one of thees so they are probably able to offer Fossey a big wage. Not sure they are going to transform into a footballing side under Warne tho.

Thats an underwhelming move for him, who the fuck is advising the lad, hopes he has turned Wigan down for Rotherham.
Well sound Mounts. Plus if it's true we could be swapping places with them next year

We are a long way from top6 in December
In your opinion. Just as not being able to afford Luca Connells wages was in your opinion. Sound a fun guy

If we're top 6 in December, there be fuck all chance of Evatt leaving,
Thought with Blackpool bollox being sorted we can at least leave the Evatt stuff out until next year. Or until Appleton gets the boot!

The thing about Connell was that he'd suposedly gone on tourist stadium tour of Celtic, when he's actually gone there to discuss a move without our club's knowledge or permission.
We never got a chance to sell him on and ended up with some derisory training compensation.
We're in a hole financially and Connell, his family, his advisers & Celtic had no qualms about sticking the boot in.
Therefore, in my eyes, he's a cunt.Fair enough.
Be a cunt in my eyes just for going on the tour but that's just me. Bollox to him

Day for keeper deals. City apparently close to selling Bazanu to Southampton so that will be a blow to Pompey. Sheff Wed signed Wycombes keeper as well.

Typo? - says 342k for me.
The 75k and 125k for Morley and Dempsey were just rumours I heard, no idea how accurate they are.
I'm 'looking forward' to seeing who our first player sale for money is. Don't think we'll see it until this time next year however.
Sorry typo yes 342k. Forgot to mention Politic he was our first sale for money ,about 50k was it?

Would have loved him back but not devastated.
They key thing is that we're not a team that relies too heavily on individuals. We recruit players to fit our system, so as long as we can find someone with similar attributes we'll be OK.
I like the term specialist that LAR used above. Isgrove and Sadlier certainly aren't that but are good covering options, as well as Gethin. Hopefully we find another rough diamond to polish up.
Wonder if we'll splash any cash this window after our January spending...
what was it? 300k Charles, 75k Morley, 125k Dempsey?
500k total for a League One club is quite a lot so I'd be surprised to see us spend some money, especially if we've given Rico a bumper new deal too.
Looking at figures on Transfer Market.com we probably had one of biggest net speeds then. They reckon we paid 432k for Charles but didn't have figures for Morley/Dempsey or Sadlier (free anyway?). Even likes of Wigan & Ipswich although spent big recouped the money, eg 630k for Jason Kerr but sold Kyle Joseph for 500k plus. Charlton splashed nearly a million quid on 3 players who didn't improve them. All about wages and getting decent players without paying a fee in this league.
Does show like you said Evatt was backed in Jan. And used it well!

Ok I was sceptical but I don't know who's who on here either!

I think Evatt has known for some time it would be unlikely him coming back and has other options lined up

Not sure about that.
Shaw/Chilwell on the left, Foden, Grealish etc could all he pushing. Rice didn't start neither. If Rashford has a new lease of life under Haag, then he'll be back in the reckoning too.
Important that fans, press etc don't turn on them now though- stick with it as it's too late to change.
Wait until after the WC.
Rashford ?? Ha ha and we all know Foden Grealish won't start first game!
Safety first Southgate

I’ve had enough of him myself to be honest. He’s done a job no one expected him too but will never ever get us to that next level. Just feel like the reigns are on all the time.
youve got Bellingham who is a proper box to box midfielder who Southgate himself said loves to get forward and he’s playing him as a holder. He plays mount with rice and Phillips so our most attacking midfielder yet admits he played him v Germany for his defensive discipline. So he’s picking his most attacking midfielder for his defensive work. Fucking brilliant!
he’s then got 3 of the most attacking RB’s in world football who get about 50 assists between em each season and they create five fifths of fuck all for England
fans are starting to turn now which is a shame cos he’s a good guy and got us to levels we were only dreaming about 10 years ago but it’ll be quarters at best in Qatar and then he’ll be gone
But FA have already given him an extension???
Gonna turn the bed wetters argument around. I think they only like Southgate for what he does off the pitch.
Would love to see a manager who will play with hand brake off.
England 0 Hungary 4 never got off our knees tonight

Been better second half with full backs/wing backs on their correct side, but still not great.
Not testing their keeper enough.
Wake up call been coming this for some time. One good thing it will dampen expectations for world cup.

Brett aside (who isn't main Warburton anyway) Warburton's have given far more money to the Conservative Party than BWFC. Not interested in us.
