Recliner settee fault

I have a recliner settee which one end of is stuck in the reclined position. I’ve been through all the wiring. There are three live/return bayonet connectors which then lead to two (one each end of settee) 6-pin din plug connectors which then disappear into the arm to power the up/down buttons and phone charge port. I don’t particularly want to be taking settee to bits and risk a fucked settee.

Does anyone on here have any expertise with this type of settee?

    id guess if you ripped the cloth underneath you would be able to see the unit, thats where we put them
