He rang each subsequnt month from installation to ask why they weren't billing him, to which they said, "don't worry, you DDebits been set up for this month..." They cut him off last week for not paying his bill

January 22, 200521 yr I haven't got a problem with those that ntl pi$$ about (I do feel for them) but the ones who month after month are cut off and call up asking why......... I'd like to say that the new billing system that your accounts will be transferred to this year is working A1 and is much better than the existing system, I's like to but can't. Incompetence?? You ain't seen nothing yet............

Ask Ivan Kempo or Bob da Plumber about dodgy customers. he has a back catalogue of horror stories. same i guess goes for Zoz.
