I have been an infrequent shopper on the Tescos web site for a couple of years now but it has suddenly developed a problem. I add things to my basket but when I go to 'view basket' or 'go to checkout' it says I don't have anything in my basket.

 

I can use it on my works computer using the same log-on details so there is no problem there.

 

I have systematically changed my cookie privacy controls and shutdown possible conflict programs ie Zone Alarm, AVG, CCleaner, Microsoft Antispyware.

I have checked the Temporary Internet Files and it has a cookie for Tescos but there doesn't seem to be masses like there used to be.

 

I have altered the Privacy bar in Internet Explorer to allow all cookies but alas to no avail. It's obviously a program I have installed over the last couple of months but I am at a loss.

 

Do any of you kind gents have any other recommendations as its doing my head in and its my turn to do the shopping this week.

Me and shopping do not get on very well.
