The consultants asked us to tender at cost LESS 10% price as the job was so prestigious and would look good in the company brochure. We of course told them where they could stick the new stadium. From what I remember this case was brought to court by Bolton Council for not fitting visable labels/signs to the car park chains as previously ordered by Bolton Metropolitan Council. The lads father has been quoted as saying he has no intention of persuing a compensation claim against BWFC. But now Bolton have been found guilty I wonder if he changes his mind.
